Search

Find a company, choose the right one, pick the person who fits, check them, then reveal the email. You decide at every step.

1 · Search for a company or university

Type a name — you'll pick the exact one next.

Filters the contact database before it charges you, so the 25 people one credit buys are all plausible stand-bookers instead of 25 arbitrary employees. Comma-separated; remembered for next time. Leave it empty to see everyone.

2 · Which one?

Pick the organisation you mean.

Not listed? Enter the website

3 · Who works there?

Free · reads the organisation's own pages. Slower, no department/seniority filters.

Run a search and the results will show up here.

My API keys

Your own lead-database keys. Each search you run spends your credits, from your own account — not a shared pool. Keys are stored encrypted on this Mac and are never shown again once saved.

Lead database API

Paste your Lusha API key here. Each search you run spends your own Lusha credits — so search first, preview the match count, then reveal only the people worth it.

Settings

Global setup for the whole team — the shared mailbox, export columns and the optional AI check. Your personal lead-database keys live under My keys.

AI model reliability check

Powers the optional check that flags contacts who look like they have moved on. All four options have a free tier; Ollama runs offline on your own machine.

Email verification optional

Mail-server checks are free and need no setup. If your team self-hosts Reacher, add its URL for a stricter per-address check.

Shared DoO inbox email sync

A direct connection to one shared Gmail mailbox — no third-party app, no sign-in through anyone else's service. Reps BCC (or auto-forward) their DoO emails to this mailbox; the dashboard reads only that mailbox, read-only, and keeps just the messages that match a company — subject, date, sender and a short snippet. Nothing else is stored, and personal inboxes are never touched.

Get the app password (one-time, in the shared mailbox's own Google account — not a separate app):

  1. Sign in to the shared mailbox at myaccount.google.com.
  2. Security → turn on 2-Step Verification (required before app passwords exist).
  3. Search “App passwords”, create one named “DoO dashboard”, and copy the 16-character code into the field above.
  4. In Gmail → Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP, make sure IMAP is enabled.

Get the emails into this mailbox — each rep picks one:

  • BCC: add this mailbox address to the BCC line whenever they email a company. Simplest; captures what reps send.
  • Auto-forward filter (also captures replies): in the rep's Gmail, Settings → Filters → Create, match the company domains, action Forward to this mailbox.

CRM

The companies you're working. Open one to log calls, emails and tasks, and move it along the pipeline.

            Imported files

Each spreadsheet you imported and the companies it added. Removing a file deletes the companies it appended — companies it only updated are kept.

              Associates

The reps working this region's companies.

Each associate has their own login. Passwords are generated here and stored on this Mac — they never appear in the page source. Share each person only their own row.

Add or remove organisations directly — no spreadsheet needed. Removing one deletes it and everything logged against it.
